- What happens during a party?
I will arrive 15-30 mins before party is due to start so I can set up.
I will bring everything needed including aprons, 1 table cloth or some place mats. I will need clean water to use for the brushes.
It will take 1-2 hours to paint and seal items depending on the size, I reccommend painting items at the start of the party so they can be left to dry while games are being played & food being eaten. They can be bagged/boxed up at the end of the party.
Please be aware that these items will NOT be food save as we will be using Acrylic paint.
- What if more people turn up than I told you when I booked?
I will always have a couple of extra items available on the day and they will just be added to your bill.
- What if less than 6 people turn up?
I will still have to charge you for a minium of 6. But you can let another person paint more than one item so you still get the amount you pay for.
- What if I have to cancel?
You need to inform me 48 hours before party starts otherwise I will have to charge you a cancellation fee.
- What will I get in my painting kit?
All painting kits come with chosen blank Bisque item to paint, paint, 2 brushes, sealer and instructions. Other things like glitter, extra paint etc can be added to kits at extra cost with prior arrangement. Or you can supply your own.
- Are parties/kits just for children?
No. I have done painting parties for hen do's , ladies get together, business bonding sessions. I also know some of the painting kits I have sold have been for adults to paint. It can be very satisfying to paint something and see how the finished product turns out.
